  • Free Inspections: Promotional free roof inspections are offered subject to scheduling availability and geographic location within our designated service areas across Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas.

  • Estimates: All formal quotes, project estimates, and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Scope of Work: Any unforeseen structural damage discovered during the course of a project (such as rotted decking) will be communicated to the client, and a change order or supplemental cost may be required before proceeding.

4. Insurance Claims & Contingency Agreements

  • While E2 Roof Co. provides expert assistance, documentation, and communication support regarding insurance claims, the client remains ultimately responsible for the insurance deductible and any amounts not covered or denied by their insurance provider.

  • Contingency agreements signed with E2 Roof Co. become binding contracts upon the approval of the insurance claim for the specified scope of restoration work.

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and branding—is the property of E2 Roof Co. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
